SECTION 2 - EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

The way you communicate greatly impacts your level of intimacy and closeness in your relationships. In this section you will discover what could be negatively impacting your relationships and ways you can make your marriage or a committed relationship work.
SECTION 6 - IMPROVING COMMUNICATION SKILLS
This section offers insights into how to be a better communicator. The importance of knowing yourself, identifying emotions, and exploring biases are included.
SECTION 7 - CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Tools for improving difficult conversations to reduce conflict, calming yourself or another person down, and handling conflict with difficult people or family members is all part of this section.
