Module Overview
Taking care of yourself and your space is more than just chores—it’s about building stability, dignity, and confidence. In this module, we’ll explore the everyday skills that support a healthy life, from personal hygiene and grooming to keeping your living space clean, organized, and safe.
You’ll learn how small routines—like laundry, meal planning, or even making your bed—can have a big impact on your mindset and well-being. We’ll also cover how to care for your mental and emotional health, because true self-care goes deeper than surface-level habits.
By the end of this module, you’ll feel more empowered to take ownership of your life and home—no matter where you’re starting from.
