While our main focus is building homes and a community for our unhoused neighbors, ongoing expenses such as insurances, taxes, utilities, etc. still need to get paid. We are receiving a $2,850,000 grant which will cover most of the costs for Phase 3 of Creekside Community development.
NONE of those funds can be used toward the construction costs of Creekside North in Phase 2.
We need your help to get Creekside North to the finish line.
There have been some added construction costs.
Total updated costs: $1,820,117
Funding resources: $800,000 from a private party 0% interest loan, $703,881 from donations & grants.
We still need to raise $306,236.
